The objective of the student competition is to reward student works related to the themes of SIPAM. This competition aims to highlight the works of outstanding students and promote young research talents in these fields, thus offering them an excellent opportunity to present their thesis work at the SIPAM conference.

Student Competition Rules

√ Participants in the student competition must submit a conference paper or an extended abstract (see also the Call for Abstracts and Papers) and present a poster at SIPAM.

√ The subject of the student's work must be related to the activities of SIPAM, as illustrated by the symposium theme list.

√ The paper or extended abstract must follow the SIPAM document template and be written in English. Poster presentations at the conference must also be in English.

√ The deadline for submitting applications is the same as the deadline for other conference abstracts.

Organization, Criteria, and Rewards

Participants will present their work during a poster session at SIPAM and prepare a 15-minute oral presentation.

All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

The jury, consisting of at least 3 members from the SIPAM committee, will select a winner based on scientific merit, the quality of the poster and presentation, and their relevance to SIPAM.

Conference participants will vote for a public prize. The winners will be announced and receive the student competition prize during the conference's closing session.

The winners will have the opportunity to record a presentation of their work, which will be promoted on SIPAM and IRA websites and social media platforms.
